Where can I get natural-looking microblading brows in Deira, Dubai?

Yana Beauty in Warba Centre, Al Muraqqabat, Deira does semi-permanent brows — powder (shading), hair strokes, or a mix of both — four minutes' walk from Abu Baker Al Siddique metro station (Green Line, Exit 1). What guests mention again and again in their Google reviews of our brows is that they look natural. We draw the shape on your face first, and you approve it in the mirror before any pigment goes in. Price depends on technique and ink — confirmed at your consultation. Message us on WhatsApp +971 54 431 9567.

Why some brows look natural — and others don't

Natural brows are mostly decided before the needle touches the skin. The shape follows your own bone structure and the brow hair you already have, not a stencil. The colour is chosen for your skin and hair, and it is usually softer than people expect on the first day. Hair strokes follow the direction your hair really grows and never cross each other.

The other half is restraint. A brow that is worked too hard heals blurry or patchy. Our technicians work in small areas and stop when the skin has had enough, even if the brow looks a little light that day — the touch-up session is there for adding, not for fixing.

How it works, step by step

1. Consultation. We ask about allergies, skin conditions, medication (for example blood thinners or isotretinoin), pregnancy, recent treatments in the area and any old brow tattoo. We look at your brows and skin before suggesting anything.

2. Drawing the shape. The technician maps the brows on your face. You sit up, look in the mirror and approve the shape and the colour. Nothing starts until you are happy with the drawing.

3. Choosing the technique. Powder (shading) gives a soft, filled, lightly made-up look. Hair strokes (what many people call microblading) draw fine individual hairs for the most natural finish where your own brows are sparse. Mix combines strokes at the front with soft shading towards the tail. On oilier skin, strokes can soften more as they heal, so we may suggest powder or a mix instead — and we will tell you honestly if one technique is not right for your skin.

4. The treatment. New single-use cartridges and pigment cups are opened in front of you. We take photos before and after so the healed result can be compared fairly.

Healing: what to expect

For the first days the brows look darker and sharper than the final result. Light flaking follows; underneath, the colour can look too pale for a while before it settles. The colour on day one is not the result — the healed brow is judged at around four to six weeks.

The touch-up session

After the skin has healed we look at the healed brow together and add only where it is needed — a gap, a lighter patch, a stroke that faded. We do not go over the whole brow by default. A bigger change of shape or colour is a new consultation, not a touch-up. Ask us on WhatsApp which touch-up window applies to your treatment.

We check in while you heal

After your treatment we message you during healing to ask how the brows are settling, and you can send us photos at any point. Guests often tell us in reviews that this follow-up is what made them feel looked after. If something does not look right, we would rather hear about it early.

Aftercare

You leave with written aftercare instructions — follow those. Do not pick or scratch the flakes, and do not put creams or medicines on the brows that we did not give you.

If you notice redness that is spreading, pain that is getting worse, pus, fever or a swollen eye, see a doctor promptly and let us know.

Who should wait, or not have it

We may advise you to wait, or not to go ahead, if you are pregnant; take blood thinners or have recently taken isotretinoin; have an infection, cold sores or a skin condition in the brow area; tend to form raised (keloid) scars; have a known allergy to pigments or anaesthetics; or have diabetes that is not well controlled. Tell us at the consultation — it is a safety question, not a judgement.

How much does it cost?

Price depends on technique and ink — confirmed at your consultation. The technique you choose and the ink that suits your skin both change the work involved, so we confirm it with you face to face before anything starts. Send us a photo of your brows on WhatsApp and we will suggest a consultation time.

Common questions

Is microblading permanent?

No. It is semi-permanent: the colour fades gradually over time, at a speed that depends on your skin and lifestyle. We do not promise brows that last forever.

Does it hurt?

Guests often mention in reviews how gentle our technicians are. You can ask to pause at any moment during the treatment.

Can you fix old brow tattoos?

Bring clear photos of your current brows. We assess them at the consultation and will tell you honestly whether we can improve them — sometimes the right answer is to wait or to do nothing.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Brows always start with a consultation, so please message us on WhatsApp first and we will book a time with the right technician.
