We work by appointment. Please book online or message us on WhatsApp before you come — we will hold your slot and set aside the right technician for you. Guests who arrive without an appointment may have to wait a long time, especially in the evenings and at weekends.
Two to four weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and how you care for them. Your set includes one free refill if you return within the first 7 days. From day 8 to 14 a refill is charged at half price, and from day 15 it is a new set.
Yes. The gel price covers cuticle care, cleaning, shaping and colour. Designs such as cat-eye, chrome or french are added on top. Ask before we start and we will give you the exact figure.

Wednesdays alternate. One week we open as usual from 9:00 to 21:00; the following week we take booked guests only, from 13:00. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you which one this week is.
