Classic, volume or anime — which lash set is actually for you

Guests usually arrive with a photo. The photo is useful — but the right set for you depends on the lashes you already have, not on the lashes in the picture.

Start with your own lashes

Every extension is attached to one natural lash, and that natural lash has to carry the weight. If your own lashes are fine and sparse, a heavy set will not hold and it will stress the lash while it is at it. If they are strong and dense, you have more room to play with.

Classic

One extension on one natural lash. The result is your lashes, longer and darker — the sort of thing people notice without knowing what changed.

Choose it if you want to look like yourself on a good day, you work somewhere conservative, or this is your first set and you want to see how you feel about extensions at all.

Volume

Several very fine extensions fanned onto one natural lash. Because each individual fibre is much thinner, a fan can add fullness without adding much weight.

Choose it if your lashes are sparse and you want density rather than length, or you like an obvious, made-up look.

Anime

Spiky, separated sets with deliberate gaps rather than a solid line — the doll-eye look. It is a style, not an upgrade.

Choose it if you want something noticeable and current, and you are comfortable with a look people will comment on. Our anime set includes free lower lashes on your first visit, which is what completes the shape.

Lash lifting — the option people forget

No extensions at all. Your own lashes are curled upward from the root, which opens the eye and makes them read longer. Nothing to maintain, nothing to avoid, and it costs 70 AED.

Choose it if you have decent natural length but your lashes point straight out or down, or you want a break from extensions without going bare.

Questions worth asking us

• Looking at my lashes, what would you actually recommend — and why not the others?
• How much upkeep does this need to still look good in three weeks?
• What will it look like when it grows out — even, or patchy?

If you bring a photo and the set in it will not work on your lashes, we will say so and explain why. Selling you something that falls out in a week is not good business for anyone.
